MAURICE BOUCHARD, CPA, CA
Maurice is a certified Chartered Accountant, having years of public practice in diverse facets. Earlier he used to work for Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte), but now he has been catering as a CPA professional for over 45 years.
He spent his childhood in Maillardville community in Coquitlam. Soon after earning his designation in 1975, he moved to Delta and established his business at Scott Road in Surrey.
Maurice specialized in working with small to medium sized businesses, meeting all of their accounting and taxation requisites. His consultations help business owners increase their cash flow, revenue, and profitability. He also concentrates on estate planning, succession, and tax dispute resolution.
Outside the office, Maurice volunteers for Deltassist Family and Community Services Society, G.V.O. Hockey Association, North Delta Rotary Club, and the N.D. Shakey Blades hockey team.
LEE BOUCHARD, CPA, CFA
Lee earned his designation as a Chartered Accountant in February 2017. He specializes in accounting and taxation, helping small to medium sized businesses flourish financially. His experience involve preparation and filing corporate taxes and creating flawless financial statements, while working in line with clients’ needs.
Earlier, he worked as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) for more than a decade. This provides him the ability to integrate clients’ corporate and personal tax planning needs. Lee also has expertise in NPO audits and performing review engagements. He has been associated with Bouchard & Company since 2011.
Presently, he resides in South Surrey with his spouse and three beautiful young children. In his leisure hours, Lee finds interest in playing golf in summer and hockey in winter.
MANJINDER BAL, CPA, CGA
Manjinder is a CPA professional, earned his designation in July 2016. For the past 15 years, she has been actively handling varied accounting roles that include full-cycle accounting assistance. In 2011, she became a part of Bouchard & Co. She assists individuals and small businesses with their taxation and accounting needs.
Manjinder was born in Indian, but she has been brought up in New Westminster. Today, she is accompanied by her husband and three amazing kids. She enjoys her leisure spending quality time her family.
DONG JIN LEE, CPA, CGA, CPA(WA)
Dong Jin earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University in 1998, and later in 2006, he became a certified General Accountant. Amid these years, he received Certified Public Accountant degree in 2000. Besides, he also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course in 2009.
In public practice, he possesses over 7 years of experience in multiple diverse taxation advisory capacities with Canada’s one of the sixth largest accounting firms. In all these years, he helps corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, individuals, and non-residents with Canadian tax, U.S. tax, and U.S.-Canada cross-border tax service.
Dong Jin also specializes in corporate restructuring and tax planning. Outside office, he like to spend his leisure by cooking for his wife and two sons.
LINDSAY BAIER

1) SHIV GILL
Shiv attended School of Business in British Columbia’s Institute of Technology and completed, both, Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting Diploma. Currently, he is about to earn his CPA designation from the CPA School of Business. Shiv’s strong computer skills make him a valuable resource for Bouchard & Co. Besides studies and office, Shiv enjoys spending time with family and friends.
2) HELEN NEUFELD
Helen joined Bouchard & Company as the receptionist back in 1997 and now she lends her hand in multiple other sectors that makes her an important asset for the company. Helen works with clients and performs administrative duties with a focus on client service. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her four grandchildren.
4) MICHELLE ASKIN, ACIA
Michelle completed Advanced Accounting course from Institute of Chartered Accountants, British Columbia, in 2005. She has been long associated with Bouchard & Co, since 1989 and during her expanded time in the company, she helped numerous small businesses and individuals with tax preparation, GST, financial statement preparation and bookkeeping. In the weekends, she loves to spend time at the lake with here two beautiful grandchildren.
5) NERISSA HALL
Nerissa has been associated with accounting industry since 1977 and joined Bouchard & Co in 2010. She is immensely talented and has vast knowledge in her field. Her experience within the company involves bookkeeping, accounting, preparation of financial statement, and GST returns. She also trains some of the Bouchard & Co’s clients. Besides office, she remains engaged in photography, artwork, crochet, and loves to spend time with family.
6) JEANETTE WARD, ACIA
Nerissa has been associated with accounting industry since 1977 and joined Bouchard & Co in 2010. She is immensely talented and has vast knowledge in her field. 7) SURINDER SANDHU
Surinder completed the Business Administration Diploma in Accounting from Okanagan University College. While enrolled in the legacy CGA program, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Laurentian University. She is now working towards her CPA designation. Since 2005, she has been working in various accounting and bookkeeping roles, including payroll. Besides work, she enjoys quality time with her husband and two young boys.
8) SHERISSE HARTLEY, ACIA
Sherisse is the holder of Institute of Chartered Accountants, BC’s Advanced Certificate in Accounting since 2009. However, she is an active part of Bouchard & Co since 2004. She has a wide-ranging experience within the company that includes bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, taxation, and GST. Recently, she completed the online course and became a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor. Outside, she enjoys her leisure in exploring outdoors, exercising, and caressing her horse.
